## Who We Are

Humanise Digital is a digital product design studio founded by Greg Norman
(the designer, not the golfer), based in Cape Town, South Africa. We operate
as an embedded design partner for SaaS companies and scaling digital product
teams globally.

We are not a traditional agency. We work as an extension of your product team,
embedded in your tools, aligned to your roadmap, and focused on outcomes that
improve retention, activation, and product growth.

## What We Do

We provide senior-level product design and UX strategy across three engagement
models:

- Sprint: A focused 1-2 week design engagement for specific UX problems,
  MVP features, or landing pages. High-fidelity output, fast turnaround.

- Embedded: Ongoing weekly design capacity integrated directly into a
  product team. Includes Figma collaboration, Slack/async communication,
  and continuous iteration. Suited to startups scaling fast or product
  teams needing senior UX without a full-time hire.

- Partner: Full product design ownership at the strategy level. Covers UX
  strategy, design systems, product direction, and leadership-level input.
  For founders who want design thinking at the decision-making table.

designer, not the golfer). Background includes embedded product design
experience at a large global SaaS company, impact.com, and Spree, a South
African fashion e-commerce platform. Greg works directly on every engagement.
